Bio

I began this jounal to chronicle the survival of a man in crisis. i don't choose to write, it is forced through me, i am the flesh vessle, the avenue of expression for the electrical impulses (and way too full of myself). I hope i can better examine who i am through this process and provide valuable information for my future therapist. I would appreciate constant praise
